What we collect

When you contact us, we process your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message content solely to respond to enquiries and deliver contracted design services.

Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in operating our studio (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Contract and invoice data are retained for the period required by tax and commercial law (typically 7–10 years).
